Good Evening Clippers,

It was wonderful to see so much red out at the county stadium on Friday evening as we battled against cross town rival Parkside.  I would like to personally thank all those that donated to our Collection for Puerto Rico.  If you haven't already donated items, you will still have the opportunities to do so on:

10/9- JV/Varsity Volleyball vs. Stephen Decatur at JMB
10/10- JV/Varsity Boy’s Soccer vs. Washington at the Shipyard
10/17- JV/Varsity Field Hockey vs. Parkside at the Shipyard
Here are the items that we are asking for:  canned soup, ramen noodles, juice boxes, crackers with peanut butter, crackers with cheese, canned fruit, granola bars, pop tarts, AA batteries, D batteries, solar garden lights, baby wipes, size 1,2, or 3 diapers, non-aerosol bug spray, tampons, pads, and band-aids.

PSAT's will take place on Wednesday, October 11th.  All 10th graders are registered along with 9th and 11th graders that signed up with Ms. Gentzel.  All students registered to take the PSAT will arrive to school at the regular time, with a delayed opening for all non testers.  Students not testing will arrive to school at 10:45, and report to 4th period when the doors are opened, at the conclusion of testing.  Any questions contact Ms. Gentzel.  There will be NO ATEX, Project Lead The Way, VPA or Morning CTE.  PM CTE students will leave JMB at 12:35 PM.

The JMB Homecoming Game will be held on 10/28 at the Shipyard beginning at noon.  Our Homecoming Dance is October 28th from 8-11p.m. in the CLGA, tickets sales will begin on Monday and will be as follows (there is a limit of 500 tickets available) – Tickets are $10 each
